For me, exercise has to be enjoyable — life’s too short to dread your workouts. I love running classes that are tough enough to challenge you but always with a good bit of fun thrown in.


I’ve been lifting weights for over 25 years now, and I really enjoy helping people feel stronger and more confident in the gym. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take things further, I’m here to help you get the best out of your training.
