I've always been passionate about sports and fitness, and about three years ago, I discovered a true love for the gym. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals and showing them that the gym can actually be a fun and enjoyable experience.
One thing I strongly believe in is making your fitness experience enjoyable, this comes with hard work and consistency but also enjoying watching your body, Mindset, health, diet all changing for the better.
I have a passion for animals, fitness and art. I am studying towards a degree in animal behaviour, and hope to use this to make a positive impact in the world.
