I've always been passionate about sports and fitness, and about six years ago, I discovered a true love for the gym. I'm currently in my final year of studying Sports and Exercise Science at RGU and am considering a master's in Strength and Conditioning. Along the way, I've gained my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification, and an HND in Sport and Exercise.

As a qualified personal trainer with lots of knowledge and genuine passion for the gym I’m now excited to begin taking on clients of my own. I specialise in both weight loss and resistance training, and I believe it's essential not only to help my clients achieve their goals but also to educate them on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to continue your fitness journey independently—even when we're no longer working together.
