I've always been passionate about sports and fitness, and about three years ago, I discovered a true love for the gym. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals and showing them that the gym can actually be a fun and enjoyable experience. Currently, I'm in my third year of studying Sports and Exercise Science at RGU and have already earned a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and an HND in Sport and Exercise.

I specialise in weight loss and resistance training, and I believe it's crucial to not only help my clients achieve their goals but also to teach them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to continue your fitness journey confidently, even when we're not working together.
